6. DELIVERY
6.1 UK Delivery
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery for all UK orders:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days
- Delivery Monday to Saturday
- Full tracking provided
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-3 working days, but delays may occasionally occur.
6.2 International Delivery
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location. International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties and taxes
- Customs clearance
- Any additional charges imposed by their country
6.3 Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
6.4 Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided by you
- No one available to receive the parcel
- Refusal of delivery
You will be responsible for any redelivery charges or return shipping costs.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
7.1 Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products, for any reason. To exercise this right:
- Contact us at nowtdaft@outlook.co.uk within 14 days of receipt
- Return the Products within 14 days of cancellation
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the Product is faulty)
7.2 Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons:
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (unless faulty)
- Earrings or body jewellery
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Personalised or custom-made items
7.3 Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged Product:
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt at nowtdaft@outlook.co.uk
- Provide photographic evidence
- We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement
7.4 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned Products:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the Product is faulty)

- Product designs and artwork

- Trade marks and branding
is owned by NOWT DAFT or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
